NYC Deputy Mayor for Strategic Policy Initiatives Phil Thompson said, “Mayor de Blasio is investing in minority and woman-owned businesses at record levels because we know that when these types of businesses succeed, so do communities.” Under Mayor Bill de Blasio’s leadership, a record of over 6,000 certified M/WBE were reached. Street Festival Incoming!

The 2018 street festival will take place on 40th road between Prince Street and Main Street on September 15th, 2018. The street festival is expected to feature 80+ vendors selling merchandise, services, different types of savory dishes and desserts. Now in its 5th year, the street festival has grown into one of Queens' major festivals and attracted over 25,000 visitors last year. Remember to have fun, be safe and eat lots of food!
